Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help.
